About Pastor Tim Jordon

Pastor Tim Jordon was born in Indiana but was raised in Central Florida. He accepted Christ at the age of 38 and answered the call to preach at 39. In February of 1978 he married his high school sweetheart, Ms. Pamela Tyer. Pastor Jordon was a long time member, staff evangelist, and assistant Pastor at Starlight Baptist Church of Winter Springs, Florida.

The inspiration to start Anchor Baptist Church was the conviction to grow in my relationship with the Lord and my family. Moreover, my heart was burdened for the people of New Smyrna Beach and I felt God calling me to do something about that burden.
